I used to sleep mdnight to 7am most nights, occassionally longer lie in at weekends, but since 2020 and wfh my sleep pattern is mainly, sleep 2pm-8pm - wake briefly, - sleep until 11pm and then up until 2pm following day. i get about 7/8 hours in 24 hour period but in 2 short bursts and not duing the night, anyone else got strange sleeping patterns? Could it be my age, I am 56. My mums patterns changed from sleeping at night to during the day when she developed demetia ,so it is a concern, but it could just be the change from having to have a standard 9-5 working day.
