Our friend has to try out the above diet, I'm fairly certain they eat quick easy meals these days with two little dc and he's a tradesman, he's known to frequent greggs maybe a bit too much.

Any ideas? Only thing I could think of was fritata...

There are plenty of Free From products/alternatives plus fruit, veg, protein. Just watch out for sugar alternatives, as some can be sweeter than regular ones.

Stir fries using rice noodles, home made potato wedges - can be flavoured really easily! - gluten free pasta dishes. Use beef mince and seasonings to make your own burgers and meatballs. Invest in herbs and spices.

I have one who's gluten free, one vegetarian and one with other allergies, so I feel your friend's pain.

Thank you so much guys, your food sounds lovely, I know he'll hate it too...

What meals does your friend usually eat? Perhaps if we know what his current favourites are we can suggest similar alternatives
