I have attached a picture of my finger. I keep getting little red raised bumps that are quite painful. Almost like a blister but without the white fluid filled part. There is a small dot in the middle. They go away after a week or so, but not before another has appeared somewhere else. They seem to be when the weather is hotter, so maybe a heat rash? But I'm sure I have had them in winter too. They can't be popped, I just have to wait for them to go away themselves. Thank you for any advice.
