Canvassing opinion. Thought I needed an implant, but advised following a consultation that Invisalign would be a far better, less invasive and cheaper option.
DP seems to think they’re not ideal for various reasons. Doing my research and gathering questions for dentist, but be keep you hear any experiences/ thoughts?
The issue is that one of my teeth simply never grew in. Those around it grew in at an angle, presumably to compensate. I’ve had composite bonding to close the gap over a decade ago, but it’s wearing down. Dentist thinks the gap (which isn’t big enough for implant anyway), can be majority filled by straightening out the slightly squint teeth, and then any remedial composite tidied up to give a better finish, if necessary.
Experiences? Cost? Been quoted £3.7k, which includes whitening.
