It's hormonal. Levels changing too quickly or something. Sympathies. Haven't had it for years, an advantage of ageing!

@NiceGerbil currently sitting on an electric blanket. I’ve taken a Buscopan to see if it helps. I’m never really sure if it does or the javelins are just over anyway

It's definitely endo related. I always get it really badly when I ovulate. It's awful and I can't believe there is so little research into it.

The only time I've had it was when I got a mega period after my Pfizer vaccine. Awful!
