Hi, I'm looking to buy my first house and I'm about to view a house I like . I don't fully understand how purple bricks works I live in Scotland, do I put an offer in and that's it ?
I had thought I would go slightly lower than my top bid and then if need be up my offer but can I do that with purple bricks ?
Any advice about what to do would be great , I expect there could be quite a bit of interest in this flat .
