Anyone have experience of this? I bought tickets a few weeks ago and got an email saying they'd send me the seating allocation two weeks before the performance. I've heard nothing with just over a week to go. Can't get through by phone, they don't answer email. I'm very reluctant to just turn up on the day without knowing where we're meant to be sitting, but can't imagine they'll be willing to refund me. Anyone have experience of this and able to advise? Should I just cut my losses?
