I have just applied for a job.

I have been self employed the past 10 years so really out of interview practise.

It states will recieve a questionaire in 24 hours. Any ideas what this would be? What they are looking for.

Any interview tips appreciated

I applied a few years ago so things might have changed. The form had lots of questions/scenarios to answer, along the lines of 'if you are dealing with a customer and someone else asks you something do you?'
A. Excuse yourself from your customer to reply
B. Go and get them another staff member to help them
C. Ask them to wait until you finish with your customer
All the answers were basically your customer is your number one priority, putting out stock, tidying, answering the phone, advising another staff member, are all secondary to the customer in front of you. That might sound obvious but some of the scenarios were not completely clear cut. The interview was quite informal and friendly and i felt it went well, (i was also very out of practise) unfortunately they were looking for afternoon shifts which didnt suit me. Good luck!

well I failed the test.. got a vague report that tells you nothing,. I absolutely am going to hate job hunting if this is the way through.

I have applied to Iceland last night too. That was at least situations where I had helped someone, not met a deadline.
