Great Hotels in Cardiff

Where abouts in Cardiff? St Davids is lovely if you want to be in the Bay area.

We're planning a weekend in Cardiff and going to a gig (next year). Convenient for St David's Hall I'm guessing. I really don't know the city at all though...

Park Plaza is in the town centre. Lovely spa.

At David’s Hall is slap bang in the middle of town. It’s a 20-30 min walk to the Bay (St David’s Hotel).

In the city centre there’s a Radisson Blue, Jury’s and Park Plaza which are a 5-10 min walk from St David’s Hall.

The Hilton?

Jury’s inn is nice and has its own (small) car park if that is needed? The royal is really nice too and nearer the train station. Those would probably be my picks, although we have stayed at a beautiful apartment at the tram shed a bit further from the centre too.

Park plaza definitely!

Although, I would also recommend having a look on air B&B because there can be a few lovely apartments in the centre of the city.

There's a new hotel opening this autumn...looks like it's going to be lovely!

It's just a few minutes walk from St David's Hall.

The Coal Exchange hotel is also in Cardiff Bay. It has been in and out of money problems but is utterly gorgeous! It's a 5 minute taxi or bus ride in to central Cardiff though. Or you could rent next bikes and cycle!

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo, it was lovely. Very central too!
