Cabin bed / high sleeper with "full depth" storage?

I'm trying to find a single cabin bed or a high sleeper with storage underneath (either drawers or cupboards or a mixture of both) which actually goes all the way back, the full width of the bed, or as close as structurally possible. Most of the under-bed drawers I see are tops 40 cm deep, which leaves a sizeable 'dead space' behind.
The bed can be quite high, but perhaps not quite as high as a top bunk in a children's bunk bed.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
