My child was referred to a service which failed it acknowledged failed to safeguard them on at least one occasion. Following another incident, we put in a SAR and following receiving the data am horrified about the unfounded allegations, reference to opinions as facts, information used with no context and factually incorrect information.
I raised the next steps to action these and the organisation has recommended that the data is deleted with just basic information in relation to time and dates of sessions remaining. Why would they do this? There are some significant challenges to what has been recorded that can be backed up by evidence.
