Can anyone recommend a decent set of kitchen scales ?

I need them to be accurate so digital over analogue preferred and I only have a small space in my cupboards so something not too large ideally.

I’ve bought multiple sets of slater scales but as soon as wet ingredients leak (can happen when baking with kids or my own clumsy self) it gets under the buttons and they don’t work.
I’m fed up of buying replacements. I’ve on my 3rd set in 18 months

Does any have any bomb proof ones?

I've got the Joseph Joseph foldy outy TriScale, and it's very good, and tidies away neatly in a drawer. It's the first digital scales I've had that has outlasted its first battery.

KD 8000 are the scales lots of bakers use. I use mine daily, very good.

I have a set of Salter digital scales that are around ten years old that get very heavy use. They don't have buttons, you just touch the glass, a bit like a touch screen. I've just done a quick Google but, annoyingly they don't seem to make them like that anymore. Another brand might make something similar.

Morning

Sorry to hear yours keep breaking!

Mine do this when battery needs changing. Have you tried this?

I have 'Nutri scales' they are about 12 years old and have had a fair amount of bumps and spills but still work perfectly.

A quick google and it looks like the nearest are

Beurer DS61 Nutritional Analysis Scale

As well as weighing you can put a code in and it tells you the calories, fat, protein etc.
