Best quality basics

For the last few months I have been buying clothes solely from Vinted. I am trying to stop buying cheap, low quality clothes, so though that second hand would work well. However I do need to buy some basics, but good quality that will last and be worth the extra money.

What brands/shops are best for these good quality basics?

Most mainstream retailers in the UK stick clothing made in China which is mass produced and not well made or lasting.

I think you would have to google UK manufactured brands.

Thanks, I will just search for UK manufactures then. I am thinking that more expensive high quality will work out better for the environment, my purse and they’ll be nicer to wear too.
