I have NO IDEA why it is low because, like Queenie6655 I am convinced my Uber etiquette is impeccable. I am always standing where I should be, am polite, wear a mask, tip if merits, leave a good rating, have never vomited.

I do feel like I am in Nose Dive and it won't be long before I am refused travel, tbh.

Mine is 5, but I am only a semi regular user. I guess would be easier to drop of used several times a week.

I generally get very good drivers too, so don't need to moan to them/ argue etc.
