Oh god, it's happened. We've lost a dark pink scruff a luv cat, which was the chosen toy of choice (despite being thoroughly manky) any ideas please of where to find another one? I've checked eBay to no avail. Help!

Have you got any photos you can share on here? If so, have you joined the lost and found teddy facebook pages?

caramelchaos · 24/07/2021 22:09

I had no idea they existed!!! I'll have a look. Thank you for that suggestion! I will look for a picture

They have them on Amazon USA and Walmart USA. They might ship to the UK. If not, let me know and I can forward it on for you.

NavigatingAdolescence · 24/07/2021 22:40

DD might have one of those somewhere. I’ll look in the morning.

Thank you everyone ❤️ I'm trying to avoid buying a new one because it could be either a dog, cat or rabbit and knowing my luck, I'd keep getting the wrong animal!!

AhhI didnt realize the set up was a surprise animal when you buy a pack.

Here is a link for the parent company web site contact page. I bet if you called them and asked to buy a single cat (and explained) they would send you the correct one. They are headquartered in Aus, but have a UK office

NavigatingAdolescence · 25/07/2021 09:04

DD’s is a rabbit, not a cat. Sorry, OP.

DufferMum · 25/07/2021 09:07

As soon as they show signs of becoming attached to anything, buy at least two and then swap them in at intervals so they all wear at more or less the same rate. That way you always have a spare!

Buckleyourseatbelt · 25/07/2021 09:17

Does it have to be pink?

MBM18 · 25/07/2021 09:20

Partner bought one recently for DD, from either Lidl or Aldi

NavigatingAdolescence · 25/07/2021 09:27

DD says she’s seen them in B+M bargains recently, OP. (Hers came out of a 50p bucket at a charity shop.)

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 25/07/2021 15:24

And when they end up finding the second like my dd did it then becomes a case of looking after 2 😁

I'll check my Dd's stash she's had loads of these things.

spiderlight · 25/07/2021 16:32

Tatty Ratty is a great book about the adventures of a lost toy animal and why it looks a little bit different when it's 'found' - might help while you're hunting down a replacement.

caramelchaos · 25/07/2021 22:37

Thanks everyone, love the idea of tatty ratty, thank you
