Does this sound like a UTI to you?

Since Thursday I have been feeling like I want to wee when I walk. It's like when you have a really full bladder and you can feel it bouncing when you step.
I don't have any pain when peeing but I've got an achey lower back on both sides.
Also have uncomfortable lower tummy but feels like pain in both ovaries rather than bladder.
I am going back and forth about calling 119. My doctor is hopeless (three week wait after econsult)
Does this sound like a UTI to you?

Call your doctors and say you suspect you have a uti and ask if you can drop off a urine sample as you may need antibiotics. See what they say.
If they refuse (and they really shouldn’t as an untreated uti can lead to a kidney infection) then I would go to your nearest walk in centre.

And in answer to your question, yes it does sound like a uti.
