Shorter periods- peri, jab or something else

I had my first baby last year. I pumped for ages so didn't get them back for a while and when I did o didn't pay too much attention because I was busy with baby, who's had various health problems.
I had the jab at least 12 weeks ago.
I've since noticed I've had at least three cycles where I am bleeding for a much shorter time. Five days previously, down to three.
I'm worried my fertility is going. I desperately want a second child, but can't try to conceive until we know more about first baby's condition and are more stable.
Is this how peri menopause starts. I'm 35. This seems young but I don't know. Could it be jab side effects after this long? Everything I have read implies that the jab only effects one cycle.
Advice appreciated.Smile
