Pure linen duvet cover?

A bit random, I know, but does anyone use linen bedding? I'm wondering if it's comfortable to sleep under/on and if it lasts well?

I've dithered for about 5 years so far 🤣

Yes, it’s lovely.
I use this company.
Both for linen and cotton sets.
All the stuff I’ve bought from them has been excellent quality and has lasted really well. They’ve currently got a sale on!!

A relative of dh has pure energy linen sheets in his huge holiday home.
They’re lovely to sleep on, but if you want them looking pristine they need a lot of ironing. He has someone to do it, but bought her an ironing machine.

I prefer cotton, is the conclusion I've come to, but I have a friend who raves about linen bedding. So some of it's down to personal taste. I love my silk duvet cover, though.

I don’t iron mine. The point of them is to look a little crumpled.
But I don’t iron my cotton ones either!
(Can’t be arsed to iron anything actually!)

No ironing planned here! I just don't want to spend lots only to discover I don't like it. Still confused Grin
But thanks for replies!
