Help me find this song in an advert

This is pretty vague but I have been trying to remember a song featured in an advent but Google isn't helping so I am turning to Mumsnet.

The advert was probably on tv 5 years or so ago I think. I am pretty sure that it was for a holiday company. The song was slow and wistful. In the advert there was a furry monster (blue I think) who made friends with a child and they did activities together. Or I've imagined it all and am losing my mind which is quite possible in this heat!

John Lewis Christmas ad?

At the River, Groove Armada springs to mind.
It was big yrs ago and the main lyric in it was actually sampled from a holiday advert.
