Why is my sons savings account under investigation?

I am having a panic and nobody to talk to..

Every month I deposit some money into a future saver for my DS, it doesn't have a large amount in -less than £600.
Today I needed to transfer a small amount back to my account for something for DS, and found I couldn't do it.
After speaking to the bank the savers account it under investigation, after spending over an hour on the phone, I was told the investigation department had closed, leaving me unable to speak to anyone - and the opening hours are in my working hours tommorow.

I have been released from bankruptcy earlier this year- and lost all my accounts with the same bank, but was told that my DS account would remain unaffected, last time I transferred money out was June 2021, and money in this month.

After having a really bad time financially (covid)- and loosing everything- i am now petrified of what's happening with his account.

I cant afford to loose that money.

Any ideas what it could be? I'm on my own and having a panic.

I had to speak to a particular team at the bank to withdraw a large ish proportion from DCs account, they just asked me what it would be used for as it is DCs money, not mine. I told them it was to pay for something for DC (the truth) and they released the money.

I think it's probably the same for you? Possibly complicated by your bankruptcy. But I highly doubt the money will be lost, they are keeping it safe for DC.

What I forgot to include in Op,
I spoke to the webchat team first and they said it was regarding a transaction in march, but there was no such transaction when I checked.
They told me to go into branch and then logged me straight off the help chat!
Hence why I called on the phone, and still got nowhere!
Utterly confused and scared.
