How to post on “social media”

I am a bit of a dimwit when it comes to social media, Facebook, Twitter and the like and never use any of them. I have been complaining to a company about problems I’ve had with an expensive order and despite numerous emails am getting fobbed off. I thought perhaps if I could post something about the company it may spur them into addressing my complaint as they wouldn’t want adverse comments but I just don’t know how to start. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks all

I think Twitter is best for this kind of thing. I don't use it much myself but download the app and create an account to start with.

Register to your chosen site, for Twitter then write your tweet and @ in the company name for Facebook register, go to the page and either post it in the community section of their page or under their most recent post. In your post explain the problem and say you want some help resolving it as you keep getting fobbed off.

If you don't use social media presumably have no friends or followers on it. They therefore might not give a shit you are effectively screaming into the void! 'oh, it's a new account with zero followers' is what I'd think.

Better using an official review site such as Trust pilot.

Thanks I think I’ll try Trust pilot
