Michelin starred restaurant near Bristol?

It's my partner's 40th birthday in the middle of August and I'm looking for a really nice restaurant to go to. Something like Chewton Glen in Hampshire, or the Black Rat in Winchester. Any help appreciated!

Not sure it's Michelin starred but lucknam Park was amazing when we went a few years ago for a tasting menu. The manor house at castle combe is also supposed to be good but personally I don't think quite in the same league. Couple of good ones in Bath I think too - sure someone else will be along soon to tell you.

Casamia in central Bristol is Michelin starred. (Although I haven't eaten there since they moved from the suburbs so can't comment on their current menu).

I am not sure if the Ethicurean (just outside Bristol) has a Michelin star yet, but it is in that ballpark and is definitely an experience.

Thank you all so much! I shall go away and research these options.
