It's just before 11pm and in UK literally 25 miles from the border of Scotland and it's 26° indoors , how the help will we get any sleep tonight ( and we have 2 fans going )

It’s not I’m stewing in my own juices! Have a Liz Earle skin tonic spritzer to hand, that I’ve had in the fridge in all day, just had a shower, fans are on, heat is unbearable!

Nope, Cumbria and it feels about 30 degrees in my room. Not sure sleep is going to be forthcoming. It was a lovely day though.

I'm in the west of Ireland. It's still around 22° here outside after being about 28° during the day. We're not used to this here.
