Lump on leg

Hi all
I banged my thigh this morning and now i have a lump like an egg under the skin. Is this normal!?

Haematoma. Totally normal. Raised bruise basically. Only worry if you're not able to put weight on leg or if it becomes infected. May bruise a bit more diffusely when it breaks down.

As above, it may take a few weeks to resorb
