I wear a swimsuit with a bra built in but I’ve reached a point where I don’t want to be wearing a swimming costume on the beach or in the sea. Looking for suggestions of swim shorts and tops that I could wear in sea or on inflatable water course . Thanks.

Have a look at Lands End. I've been wearing their board shorts for swimming for years and I love them. They cater to all sizes so I'm sure you'll find something fabulous. I stopped wearing normal swim costumes years ago because they just aren't comfortable.

I'm by the sea and I see quite a few women wearing running shorts and vests to paddle/swim.
