Hi I'm wondering if there are any reserves around who can give me some insights?
I've been considering joining for a while but the roles available to me/ in my local area seem limited, and I've been told it can be quite difficult to get into the role I'm considering. Is there any opportunity to train in roles that I wouldn't currently qualify for?
I'm also keen to know a bit more about the realities, e.g. what would be expected of me, what the culture is like, whether my personality would fit, realities of time commitment etc.
