So I've just joined a new weight-loss class this evening. I have had the shock of my life stepping foot onto the scales.. I'm over a stone heavier than I thought I was, and surprisingly a lot of people recently have told me I look as though I've lost weight?! 🤦🏼♀️🤣
Anyway. I really need to do it this time, I have no choice but to. I've got my wedding next September and currently my dress doesn't quite fit. If isn't WAY too small, just about 3cm's from zipping all the way up.
The problem I have is, I work in the confectionary trade and there is constantly freebies doing the rounds around the office, chocolate.. ice cream.. sweets.. you name it, we have it floating around most days. I struggle at the best of times to say no, let alone when I KNOW I shouldn't 🤣🤦🏼♀️
I always get a few weeks in, and then hugely struggle and give up.. 😣
I really don't want that to happen this time! Can anybody help me with some good tips to stay motivated?
