Bottle teets staining

Hello everyone just wondering I have Tommie tippee teets and they’ve started getting a weird taint of yellow/orange, had this happened to anyone else or could anyone explain why this is happening thank you.

Do you put them in the dishwasher? It can happen if they are in the dishwasher with tomato based dinner items like Bolognese or soup

we have this too. DH thinks it's limescale from the water in the steriliser. I'm not sure

No they’ve never been in the dishwasher before I only sterilise them in a microwave steriliser which is also from Tommy tippee.
