If a child can't go to school...

So this has just come up for me. I've been divorced 18 mths. My daughter recently had tonsillitis so I took time off work to look after her. When I have to take more than 2 days my pay stops. My question is, how much time can I legally/reasonably expect my ex to look after my daughter when she is ill? He has her 4 days out of 14 usually. TIA x

4 days out of 14 then. If she is ill on his days, he has to make provision for her care.

None I’m afraid. There’s no legal minimum for him to take his child I’m afraid.
