Expensive but beautiful option - Stobo Castle. Cheaper and still nice, Dalhousie Castle. One Spa at the Sheraton in Edinburgh is also nice.

I was looking at Stobo castle but there doesn't seem to be any availability. Not sure if it's all booked up - looking at end of Sept/start of Oct or if there's an issue with the booking page.

Will look at the other suggestions too!
