My trainer is no longer available so I am looking for a new one. I don’t want to join a regular gym and then find out about the PTs. Happy to go to a PT only gym though.
Any ideas where to start looking? I havr done some googling but not many results.
What are the going rates? I used to pay £50/hour for years but seems it’s too little??
