Hermes returns, printing in store not working, is it just me?

I've been trying to return something brought on line, don't have a printer so we usually use one of our many print in store shops but none of their Hermes printers are working and it's been the same for a week now. I've tried other areas within 10 miles of my house and they're all the same 😤

Is it just me or is anyone else having the same issue?

Happens to me all the time. Its their network. I just avoid Hermes now.

When i ordered, I chose to pay an extra 1.50 for the return label thinking it would save faffing about with the printer. But guess what, you have to print it out, and it says an error occurred. Suppose I'll keep trying.

Thanks everyone, its driving me crazy, so frustrating and I'm running out of time to print my label , may have to print it at the local library
