Google Family link equivalent for iPhone

Can anyone help with some advice re iphone apps please?

My daughter's phone broke recently and as she was due for an upgrade we upgraded from her android samsung to an iphone 11. Her old phone had Google Family link installed, but it doesn't look like this is an option with an iphone. Does Apple have an equivalent app which would allow us as her parents to track her phone control screen time/limits? I have had a look online, and nothing was immediately obvious, but I am an apple novice so highly likely I have missed it!
Thanks!

You could try Qustodio.

I think the biggest issue really is your wanting to monitor from an android to an iPhone. Same to same works easier.

I have to approve all of my child’s downloads etc as an automatic feature when I set up his account.

Apple require an apple device (phone, computer or IPad) to set up a apple iCloud parent account to control another device with a child account using it. You cannot parental control the child account settings via a webpage.

Rubbish isn't it? Apple do like their expensive walled garden approach.

Thanks Horst and Roller, will have a look at Qustodio. We don't have any other apple devices (we've actively avoided them till now and this reminds me why!) so wouldn't be able to monitor from another device unfortunately.

I have an android and my DD an iphone.
I set up parental locks on settings on the iphone which means she can't download any apps without my permission. You can also set up app limits so you can limit time on selected apps.

I also have the Ourpact app which is perfect for our use. It connects our phones via a laptop and then I can control her apps from my phone.

On school days, I set down time from 9.30 in the evening to 3pm the following day. All the apps disappear from her phone during that time.

I have also found the added benefit of getting me to phone me when I need her. Sometimes she doesn't hear her phone ring when she is out with friends so I turn off her apps and she phones me to ask why? She knows now that it's because I need her to call.

Thanks Hegartyhell, I will look into that too - it sounds like that could work for us! Smile
