ooh Tiya makes sense if we consider that the dot is almost an afterthought (like with Richard - wtf is that?🤣) and it's not a "j" but a "y".

Definitely Tiya, look at Richard and see how far her dot it off her i. She dots late. Capital T runs into the i for Tiya.
