GERMANY - Ingolstadt anyone know much about this city?

My Son may be moving here to join a sports team.

Just wanting some info really from anyone who knows the city or anything really :)

It's between Nuremberg to the North and Munich to the South in Barvaria

Visited once for a day, lovely church, cannot say much else. As with every German city, a reasonable knowledge of the language is greatly appreciated.
