Book clubs for 7 year olds?

Hi all
My daughter just turned 7 and is at the end of year 2. Her ability to read is getting better. I think she needs to progress from the basic books. I bought a couple of cheap chapter books from a charity shop. But she doesn’t seem that interested at the mo.put her off so many words on a page and no pictures.

I loved the road Dahl books when I was 8yrs -12years

Are there any online book clubs for kids that are good. Or apps to record books read with star charts etc.

Any other motivating tips you can share?

Thanks!

How about the Summer Reading Challenge?

I would just read longer books to her. You should be building the love of reading.
At 7 my kids loved Harry Potter, Roald Dahl, Far Away Tree etc but wouldn't be able to read them on their own.

We did the summer reading challenge at the age. They liked being able to go to library to choose books. Try to encourage a mix of beginners chapter books and the easier picture books. Being able to tick books off and earn rewards spurred them on, and they would have lost motivation if there weren’t some easier books thrown into the mix.
