Why the fuck is she saying ‘is personalisation enabled’ and how do I stop her saying it? I have found google and amazon’s own bloody site to be of no use, help!

She gives me the next four reminders no matter how many I ask for, but I’ve given up on that, I just want to stop ‘is personalisation enabled.’

Can anyone shed any light before I get the big hammer out?
