solar panels/ofgem declaration

Anyone know what an ofgem declaration is in terms of EDF Feed in Tariff..

My Mum's moved into a home with solar panels/heating. This has a FIT.

The panels/system is owned outright and not leased and EDF want to know the ins and out of a duck's arse including a copy of the ofgem declaration in order to transfer the FIT.

Any advice regarding this would be great as the EDF website is not very helpful.

The solicitors should have checked you had all this information? Was it part of the sellers pack? I've sold a house with solar panels and the buyers solicitors asked us to put a pack together containing all thus info

All that was included was that the sellers owned the system outright and had a FIT. Nothing to do with any Ofgem paperwork - just had a look.
