Can you recommend coffee shops/ restaurants for lunch and dinner and fun things to do? We will have our 3 year old DD with us

Dix Neuf near to the market is good but pricy.

The hotel at Pleimont does a good choice of food.

Lancresse Bay is large enough for your DD to run about, as is Vazon Bay.
Saumarez Park is worth checking as to what's on.
Petit Bot Bay is small and the cafe did a good afternoon tea.
Noon day gun at Castle Cornet is an interesting tradition assuming it has been restored.
Day trip to Sark or Herm (car free) will be an adventure for a child.
