(WARNING POO PIC)
ADVICE PLEASE:

My 10 month old has always had bowel issues, alternating between diarrhoea and constipation.

I suspected cmpa/cmpi and she’s been on neocate since January.

Since then her poos seemed normal and all of her other symptoms disappeared but she’s still got trapped wind and wriggles in sleep putting knees up to chest.

She never seems to empty her bowels completely, she’ll still be uncomfortable and have trapped wind.

As I’ve said before I have tried every natural remedy for her trapped wind and her suspected reflux and nothing has worked.

She is teething and two of her front teeth are coming through and she’s refusing solids and milk so I’m not sure if it would be down to the teeth coming through or her constipation

Could it be IBS as it runs in my family or does it sound like something else?

This is been her poos recently and previously she’s had it a few times but usually she’ll poo normally just a small amount

I would be taking her to the GP and showing them this photo. Sorry no real advice but hopefully you get answers and she is ok! Flowers

You need to show this to the gp. Obviously she's constipated by that picture but no one on here can tell you why

Is she drinking plenty of fluids? I had a similar issue with my daughter and in desperation I took her to see a cranial osteopath who specialises in constipation. She fixed her in two session, my daughter has pooped 3-4 times a day since with no constipation since so it’s definitely worth a call with one to see if they can help.
