First tattoo at 57

I'm thinking of getting a small Ganesh tattoo, somewhere discreet, maybe on my tummy.
How do I find a reputable tattooist: I live in the North West, but I don't mind travelling anywhere.

Some handy tips on Google

In your position I would google the ones in your area / wider area if you're not from a big city and read the google reviews. Also most artists will have a portfolio usually these days on Instagram so you can check out their type of art / style. It would also help if you had a few images of what sort of thing you're looking for visually to show them.

If you love them, good luck, but they always end up dark blue and smudged looking as the years go by in my experience.
