Me and DH have tested positive for Covid so self isolating. I'm baking and just heard the ice cream man do his round What I'd do for a Mr Whippy or an ice lolly.

Last 24 days, I have spent 20 in isolation and a fortune on food/wine/jigsaw deliveries

@JovialNickname Ohh thank you so much. I'll have a 99 lots of syrup and sherbet please. Fruit Pastille lolly for the DH. Get one for yourself too then deliver it with a litter picker at arms length. Haha xxx

I want to just chill in the garden but the rude, shouty child next door is being rude and shouty [daily mail sadface]

My DS is self isolating and just shutting himself in the bathroom all day to avoid schoolwork and not speaking to any of us.

My DDs day out got cancelled as all her friends but one have close contact isolation and she couldn't be bothered to travel an hour to see that one.

The washing machine is leaking.

I just had my second AZ vaccine a couple of days ago and so far I've felt like someone is hammering my head, spent a night being sick and have had blood coming out from one finger from under nail for no obvious reason. DS may need to change schools and his ehcp changing. DH is depressed as he now can't see family in France, he sent me a message saying what is the hangman emoji. I've just changed DDs school as she was very depressed and I'm running out of motivation to keep going. I also weighed myself and have put on weight over lockdown.

I have just worked 8 hours in a kitchen cooking roast dinner for residents in a care home ...whichever twat designed the kitchen and put it in the roof was an idiot..it's so unbelievably hot in there at normal times this week it's unbearable....but we do have ice cream and ice lollies 🤣

The lido is too hot to swim in now. 27 degrees at 7:30 felt like I was swimming in treacle.

My house is an absolute shit tip. I have clutter on top of clutter. We’re meant to be sorting stuff out for charity/car boot but it’s too hot and I can’t be bothered so I’m MNing on the sofa by the french doors instead. And the bastarding fucking flies keep coming in and buzzing round the room.

My big boobs are acting like storage heaters and I'm boiling hot because of them. I hate the feeling of being sweaty, so I've stuffed kitchen roll underneath in the hope it makes things more comfortable.

Ohh no...I'm sorry your days all sound more grim than me not having ice cream. I am jealous of @teenagetantrums though and would happily have swapped places

My next door neighbours on both sides have moved recently. Both ex neighbours were wonderful. Now left hand neighbours have DIY projects and noisy gatherings, and right hand neighbours appear to be trying to recreate Pacha in their garden. Ffs.

Thanks PinkFizz hope you are all OK and managed to get ice cream. I did manage to get ice cream 🍦at least and wasn't sick after, double bonus. 😅
