What the hell has happened to my lip (picture of swollen lip warning)

It started yesterday, I only koticed in the mirror to start with. It doesn't hurt. But it'd getting worse. There is a small white spot or head in the middle.

Can you please let me know, what was it as i'm having similar issues.
