How exactly do you 'work on yourself?'

I'm 28 and I've never had a boyfriend. It's really upsetting me and I find OLD so hard.

I keep seeing this advice, but I don't know what it means. People say things like 'take time for yourself' but tbh I've really had far too much of that!

I think they mean pursue your own interests, look after yourself financially.

What is it about old that you find hard?

Work on making a life you are happy with without a partner. You may meet someone to share your life with and if you don’t then you still have a great life. People who are content and happy with life attract others more easily.
