If you have the app, unless the barcode has been scanned, the voucher is still valid. I seemed to be entitled to 3 vouchers per stage.

I had better packs from Argos than Boots. There were actually nappies in the Argos ones. Boots were mostly leaflets and small samples.

I got my Emma's Diary packs from Boots, although the 2 I tried only had the mum to be and Bump to baby packs in stock, not the new family pack, so I'm still looking for that one. Even though my vouchers on the app were scanned they are still showing as having 3 redemptions each left. The bump to baby pack is good, you get a full size pack of 22 size 1 Pampers plus some other stuff like a tube of Bepanthan which is useful for the nappy bag.

I got my Bounty pack from Tesco as its better than the Boots one. Tesco gives you a full size pack of size 1 nappies too.
