Does anyone have any recommendations? I have one but it mentions sex and orgasms and my dd is too young for that! Ideally it would include changes to the body, periods, mood swings etc. TIA

Have You Started Yet ? Best book ever , have a Google and see if it's been updated, it was THE book to have when I was a teen many moon ago .

Usbourne do one , I think it's called " What's happening to me". It's good and helped my daughter. They also do one for boys.

@Genehuntsfanclub that’s the one I have! I think it’s great but just a bit too much on the older side in places

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor thanks I’ll have a look!

What is a period? By Nikki Tajiri

Ah, I was wondering exactly the same! The books I'd seen recommended had a bit too much in them for my 9 year old.

I used the "let's talk about" books with mine. They come in a variety of age appropriate topics.

Girls Only by Vic Parker. DD is 10 now and had this for 2 years. She keeps dipping in and out of it and finds it useful.
