Forgot to take Citalopram for 4 days!

Please tell me this is why I have a sudden low mood (been great for ages) and upset stomach, anxiety at night etc

Was on holiday and for some reason just forgot to take it. Have resumed normal dose and praying I feel better soon

Yep, 4 days cold turkey is bound to make you feel odd. You probably won't feel back to normal for a couple of days either, but you'll soon be back on track. I used to notice if I'd missed a dose because my ears would whistle. Weird.

I know it's not usually good advice, but just push on through, the citalopram will catch up soon enough. Sorry you're feeling rough. It won't last long.
