Going shopping later so trying to come up with ideas for an appropriate dessert for a BBQ tomorrow. I need to cater for dairy and gluten free so ideally one dessert that caters for all. So far I've come up with meringue and fruit salad but wondered if anyone had any other ideas? Reasonably confident cook but not got massive amounts of free time to prepare said dessert.
