Out walking I see the gradual growth of litter, mostly from discarded snacks and drinks bottles etc. Well this morning, Bingo! On the verge in the long grass is a discarded Amazon wrapper about 10 inches square with the name and address of the recipient. A man's name at a new build property in the village. How long would it take from leaving home to rip the package open and throw it the car window? That's is about where I found it.
Would you do anything? I do not see it as a police matter. The council won't do anything. I thought about turning up this evening with a few friends, knocking on the door while we all dance or sing to the Wombles...
Ideas please!
