My 4 yr old cordless Dyson has been a huge disappointment - the filter clogs up and so have to clean it out every other time it's used. My old corded V6 is still going strong after 18 yrs but I struggle to lift it up the stairs. So tell me which cordless I should get to replace it!
Large house, hard wood floors throughout (inc stairs), no pets, no shoes indoors, and it's just me and part time older teenagers, who do vacuum occasionally! I hate housework and vacuum once a week; it's mostly dust, crumbs and my long hair.
I like the versatility of being able to use it as a handheld for nooks and crannies and also with a long extension for doing the floors.
